We have partnered with an insurance processor called The Lactation Network (TLN) to help us accept your insurance. To make an insurance-approved appointment, you will first be taken to TLN’s website and asked for your insurance details. TLN will check with your insurance carrier about the details of your plan, and respond with an email to you and OC Lactation Consultant whether you were approved or denied. Steps:

2. Provide TLN with your insurance details
3. Wait for TLN’s email whether you were approved or denied (usually within 1-2 hours)
4. Wait for OC Lactation Consultant’s email with the link to schedule the appointment (usually within 15 minutes)
