The survey has now ended, and I am in the process of analyzing the results.

The survey consisted of questions regarding what tech solutions private practice IBCLCs use to manage their businesses, such as scheduling, charting, communicating with clients, accounting, tax reporting, marketing and more. Data collection ended on December 31, 2019.

The author of the survey is Réka Morvay, IBCLC of OC Lactation Consultant. The data collected and information gleaned is for the sole purpose of increasing our understanding and share collective wisdom among private practice lactation consultants. To contact the author, please send email to rmorvay@oclactationconsultant.com. This is a work in progress. The aim is to repeat the survey annually to see emerging trends and become aware of new options on the market to help PP IBCLCs manage their business better.
